Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced International Caller to provide outbound call services to our clients in the U.S. This role is perfect for candidates who demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Requirements:

• Outstanding verbal and written English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service focus.
• Sales-driven with a talent for overcoming objections and closing deals.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with call center software such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Salary up to Rs40,00.00 per month, including a fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and incentives.
