Job Description
24/7 DCT is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with profound knowledge in U.S. accounting, payroll processing, and taxation. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities, strong leadership skills, and substantial experience in managing a finance department. This role encompasses full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring payroll compliance with U.S. tax regulations, and providing guidance to the team during U.S. business hours (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive U.S. accounting operations.
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings in the U.S.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. taxation regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
