3A Group is currently looking for a confident and engaging female receptionist to be our first point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and assist visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them as necessary.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, fluency in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Office, and 1-2 years of experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
