Job Description

SmartHCM is excited to announce an opening for Interns in our Sales Department, with a preference for female candidates. This entry-level position focuses on supporting sales efforts under the guidance of a sales manager and aims to contribute to successful deal closures.

Ideal candidates should possess at least 1 year of sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing. Exceptional communication skills are required.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, developing sales proposals, achieving sales targets, and responding to customer inquiries.
