Job Description
Power Highway is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multifunctional Task Operator (MTO). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily online orders and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries through phone and email, as well as confirming payments.
Your responsibilities will also include dispatching orders and tracking their status with courier services, while proactively keeping customers informed throughout the entire process.
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
