Campaign: Final Expense (FE)
Shift: Night Shift from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Salary: $30,00 – $150,00 per month, plus bonuses
TecNex Solutions is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to generate high-quality leads through effective communication. Successful candidates will have excellent English skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, relay FE-related information, identify potential leads, maintain accurate records, and meet performance targets.
Requirements: Proficiency in English communication, previous call center experience is preferred, and a results-oriented mindset.
This position is office-based in Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
