Job Description

Translation Empire is on the lookout for a dedicated Knowledge Base Administrator to ensure our knowledge base remains comprehensive, current, and user-friendly. In this essential position, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining content that supports both our employees and customers. Your tasks will include managing the upload and organization of completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring all information is well-structured and easily retrievable.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with bids is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in platforms such as WordPress or CMS Hub.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Work mode: Onsite | Shift Time: 12 PM – 9 PM | Location: Sector F DHA 1 Rwp | Salary: Market Competitive.
