Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our HR department. This role encompasses responsibilities such as recruitment, training coordination, attendance tracking, reporting, and documentation management. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and proactive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting candidate interviews and scheduling training.
• Monitor and maintain attendance records.
• Update Excel sheets and generate reports as needed.
• Organize and manage physical filing systems efficiently.

Requirements: Female applicants only; prior HR experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and availability for night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) are essential.
