Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to enhance our internal training initiatives. In this essential mid-level position, you will play a key role in boosting employee performance and nurturing a robust learning culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Coordinate the logistics for training sessions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
