Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. This role entails executing and overseeing recruitment initiatives, maintaining CV databases, and managing onboarding processes. You will be responsible for preparing critical documents such as offer letters, as well as handling employee evaluations and settlements.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and expertise in HR reporting tools are essential for this role.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs80,00.00 to Rs110,00.00, along with medical insurance, a performance bonus, and additional benefits. Shift hours are available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
