Job Description
Vortax LLC is actively searching for a dedicated Cold Calling Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment. If you possess a passion for cold calling and excel in a fast-paced sales setting, this opportunity is ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of cold-calling agents to achieve daily objectives
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls
- Provide coaching to team members on effective sales techniques
- Monitor and track performance metrics
- Ensure accurate record-keeping with CRM systems

- 10% commission on successful deals
Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, from 7 PM to 4 AM
Requirements
