Job Description
Smart Connect Communications, a prominent UK-based taxi service provider, is expanding its operations and is on the lookout for dedicated English-speaking Customer Service Representatives at our Satellite Town office in Rawalpindi. This full-time role involves rotating day and night shifts, and candidates must commit to a minimum contract of one year.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls, processing bookings through various channels, and providing quotes and support via live chat and email. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of call center experience, exceptional English communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation ranges from PKR 60,00 to 85,00, complemented by additional bonuses for punctuality and exceptional performance.
