Job Description
Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, resolving customer issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills with a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Minimum educational qualification of O Level/A Level or equivalent intermediate certification.
- Proficiency in multitasking within a dynamic work environment.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset coupled with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
