Job Description
Max&Shawn is on the lookout for a motivated Upwork Bidder to drive growth by securing projects and fostering solid client relationships on the Upwork platform. If you have a passion for lead generation and are eager to be a part of our expanding sales team, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads on Upwork and other platforms.
- Build relationships with prospective clients in IT and design services.
- Draft tailored proposals to win projects.
- Manage bids and submissions while ensuring competitive pricing.
Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms.
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
