Job Description
Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As the primary contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, accurately process taxi bookings, and effectively address a variety of customer inquiries. This role is essential in providing a smooth, dependable, and pleasant experience for our passengers throughout the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs350.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Up to 72 hours per week
