Job Description
Z Square Technology is in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for our clients, effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; outstanding English communication skills; strong decision-making abilities; prior experience in customer support or client-facing positions is highly preferred.
