Job Description
Sensible BPO is looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our vibrant HR team. This internship provides an outstanding opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
You will collaborate closely with our HR executives to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the hiring process, supporting onboarding efforts, and participating in various employee engagement activities.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. While prior internship experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
