Job Description
Cyber System Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, ensuring outstanding service and effective problem resolution to guarantee a positive experience for our Spanish and English-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both languages, both written and spoken.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs150,00 per month
