Job Description
We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in support of our USA-based client. This position is onsite in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver high-quality support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain precise records to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in international support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
