Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, source new vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance improvements. You will lead vendor selection, conduct risk and cost analyses, implement quality standards, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering to meet product and delivery objectives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; 5+ years in vendor management or sourcing.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical abilities, contract management, supplier performance metrics, and continuous improvement experience.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.
