Job Description
Asra Communication seeks a dedicated Junior Female Floor Manager for our Online Quran Academy. This full-time, in-person position is based in Rawalpindi (10:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations and coordinate class schedules with teachers
- Monitor staff performance, prepare reports, handle attendance and administrative tasks
- Support and train staff, resolve minor issues, and escalate major concerns
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong written and verbal English, basic management/administration experience preferred, ability to work night shift, and professionalism under pressure. Salary: Rs45,00–50,00/month. Walk-in interviews: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM. Location: Asra Communication, 3rd Floor, Mughal Arcade Building, 4th Road Commercial Market, Rawalpindi.
