Job Description
Full-time, on-site opportunity to lead the Recovery Department, ensuring achievement of daily and monthly collection targets. You will supervise and coach recovery agents, monitor calls and scripts, develop and implement recovery strategies, track and report KPIs, and coordinate closely with Recovery, Accounts, and CRM teams. Manage escalations, optimize staffing and workflows, and apply CRM and analytics to continuously improve performance while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Requirements: 3–5 years in recovery call centers with 1–2 years supervisory experience
- Core skills: leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM proficiency, analytics, and resilience
