Job Description
SWITZEL INTERNATIONAL seeks a Senior BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator to lead BIM production and multidisciplinary coordination for local and international projects. The role requires developing advanced Revit models (architecture, structure, MEP), executing Navisworks clash detection, integrating models, and tracking issue resolution.
- Prepare BEPs, conduct audits and QC documentation, and review drawings and schedules.
- Mentor and guide junior modelers; enforce BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering; 5–8 years’ BIM coordination experience; strong Revit and Navisworks expertise. Middle East experience preferred.
