Job Description
We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and coach the North sales team, develop and implement regional sales plans, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive sales performance, mentor field staff, and maintain distributor and trade partner relationships.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, ensure merchandising and visibility, and conduct regular market visits.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports; collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing; 5–7+ years in FMCG/retail sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role and a strong regional market network. Full-time, in-person.
