Appcrates seeks a full-time, in-person HR Executive (Construction) to implement and manage HR policies and processes for construction staff. Key duties include recruitment (screening, interviews, background checks), maintaining employee records and HR databases, administering compensation and benefits, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee relations and separations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and preparing HR reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; construction sector preferred
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
