Job Description
We seek a professional to handle night shifts answering calls and chats, following up and resolving complaints, entering orders and incidents into POS/CRM, coordinating with internal departments, and reporting case closures to the line manager. The role requires fluent spoken and written Urdu and English, fast and accurate typing, ability to search and identify locations, and strong computer literacy. This is an in-person, full-time position with an expected start date of 12/30/2025. Compensation: Rs35,00–55,00 per month.
- Primary duties: call/chat support, data entry, escalation, cross-department coordination
- Skills: bilingual (Urdu/English), typing speed and accuracy, location-based research, CRM/POS use
