Job Description
Bali 4 is hiring an Experienced Customer Service Representative for our ACA campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Night shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM.
- Responsibilities: make outbound calls to verify and update customer information, follow call flows, enter accurate data, and deliver professional, customer-first service.
- Requirements: 2–6 months ACA or call center experience, strong spoken and written English, basic computer skills, excellent listening and persuasion abilities, 18+ years old, and availability for night shifts.
- Compensation and benefits: Rs35,00–100,00/month, performance incentives, free in-house meals, and clear career growth opportunities.
