Job Description
The Kidney Centre seeks a Patient Welfare Officer to support patients requiring financial and social assistance. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred); healthcare experience is advantageous, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Counsel welfare patients and assess eligibility through physical and social evaluations
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports
- Coordinate support services and liaise with clinical teams and external agencies
