Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the afternoon shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer service experience, strong English communication, effective problem-solving, basic computer literacy, and availability for the specified shift.
- Preferred: experience with CRM systems and the ability to multitask under pressure.
