Job Description
Max International seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; providing accurate product and service information; resolving complaints professionally; maintaining and updating customer records; following up to ensure satisfaction; and coordinating with internal teams.
