Job Description
Spell Engineering seeks a full-time, on-site Client Success Representative for the night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). You will make outbound calls to US-based contractors to introduce our pre-construction estimation services, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, follow up to support conversions, and coordinate with sales and estimation teams.
- Responsibilities: outbound calling, lead qualification, CRM upkeep, follow-up, team coordination.
- Qualifications: recent graduates encouraged; B2B sales or outbound calling experience preferred; strong verbal communication and confidence engaging decision-makers. Knowledge of the US construction industry is a plus. English required.
- Compensation: Rs45,00–Rs80,00/month. In-person role. Applicants must confirm availability for the 6:00 PM–3:00 AM schedule.
