Job Description
We seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress and metrics, identify and resolve blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Coach teams in Scrum practices, promote a collaborative, results‑driven culture, and act as a servant leader.
- Maintain tools and workflows using Jira or similar platforms.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or relevant certification (CSM/PSM), excellent communication skills, and a proven servant‑leader mindset.
