Job Description

Location: On Site – Lahore
Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pakistan Time (Monday to Friday)
We are currently in search of a dynamic and fluent English speaker to join our team as an International Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in international customer service or telesales, ideally focusing on UK campaigns. You will be responsible for addressing parent inquiries, coordinating nursery viewings, and assisting in the admissions process.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency in CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
- Strong organizational skills with a customer-centric approach
Salary: PKR 110,00 – 130,00 per month plus commission
