Job Description

ABIC is looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Executive. In this position, your primary focus will be on retail sales recruitment within the US region. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple vacancies, employing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. A structured, multi-stage interview process will be implemented to minimize bias. Collaboration with the recruitment team is essential to enhance insights and support.
