Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is on the lookout for a proactive Team Lead to join our Business Development department. In this pivotal role, you will inspire, mentor, and lead a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting strategic sales initiatives, tracking team performance, refining sales strategies, and recruiting new talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, coupled with over 4 years of inside sales experience and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. A demonstrated history of achieving sales objectives and strong leadership capabilities are critical for success.
