Job Description

Jalal Sons is actively seeking a committed and detail-oriented Receptionist to assist our CEO/Director. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for organizing daily activities, managing meeting schedules, and overseeing the company’s email correspondence during the CEO’s absence. Additionally, you will coordinate activities for administrative personnel, follow up on meeting reminders, consolidate weekly reports from various departments, and handle all telephone inquiries by directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
