Job Description
The Fit Day Club is actively seeking dynamic and motivated Call Center Agents for an outbound campaign targeting the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to prospective clients, showcasing our services, and generating potential leads through effective phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services.
- Consistently meet performance targets.
- Professionally manage objections.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Experience and confidence in cold calling.
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience (mandatory).
- Ability to work during night shifts.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
