Job Description
Indigo Developers is actively seeking a dependable Rider to ensure the timely and secure delivery and pickup of documents, packages, and various items across the city. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and providing exceptional service to both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect items according to assigned routes.
- Ensure punctual and accurate deliveries to clients.
- Maintain constant communication with the operations team.
- Keep the delivery bike clean and in excellent condition.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of riding experience.
- Valid motorcycle driving license is required.
- Familiarity with city routes is essential.
