Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is currently on the lookout for a talented Document Controller to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with establishing and maintaining the Document Control Register (DCR). This includes registering, tracking, and managing the distribution of all incoming and outgoing documents, such as drawings, submittals, correspondences, and reports. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Your responsibilities will also encompass generating regular reports on document status, performing audits of the document control system, and safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
