Job Description
We are seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining Windows systems and software, managing computer networks, upgrading hardware and software, and overseeing the wireless network. Additionally, you will conduct online meetings, provide employee training on new programs, maintain hardware and software inventory, and offer weekend online support. Expertise with CCTV systems and troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an IT degree and possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,00.00 to Rs 50,00.00. Work is conducted in person.
