Job Description
Eracon Technologies is looking for a skilled HR Executive with extensive experience in HR functions and recruitment within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring outstanding talent, as well as managing HR processes, including employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate interviews and oversee the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
