Job Summary:
Become an integral part of the Mathmakesmart (MMS) team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and tutors, facilitating effective communication and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Address inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
– Support users with account setup, session scheduling, and technical challenges.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the education sector.
– Strong proficiency in English communication.
– Tech-savvy with excellent problem-solving abilities.
