Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide support for payroll processing.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions along with excellent communication skills.
