Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, handling inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Promote relevant services and packages
- Follow up on leads to enhance conversion rates
- Document daily appointments and client feedback
- Address complaints or escalate issues as necessary
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team
