Job Description
GIFT University in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is inviting applications for an Executive role aimed at providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. Other key responsibilities include maintaining databases, assisting in event organization, and fostering collaboration among students, faculty, and various stakeholders.
Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years in an administrative or management role.
Skills Required: Outstanding communication abilities, strong operational management skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
