Job Description
Metro Web Technologies is actively looking for a passionate Human Resources Executive to oversee key HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with our organizational goals while cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive employee records.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve grievances promptly.
