Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Female Customer Representative Supervisor to lead our customer support team. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding communication skills in both English and the local language, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and possess a keen aptitude for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise customer support representatives.
- Ensure achievement of client conversion targets.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
