Job Description
KazSoft Technologies is actively seeking a fluent English-speaking candidate for an inbound sales and customer support position. If you are motivated, possess exceptional communication skills, and have experience in a call center environment, we encourage you to apply!
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English: Ability to communicate effectively with US customers without relying on scripts.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a reputable call center, BPO, or software company.
- Campaign Experience: Previous involvement in US telecom campaigns is necessary.
- Availability: Willingness to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
