Job Description
The Nicon Group of Colleges is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer (FDO) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional communication with visitors and staff.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and establish priorities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and show patience and empathy.
