Job Description
Vibractive is searching for a dedicated IT Support Executive to ensure the smooth operation of IT services at our amusement park. The successful candidate will be responsible for software support, network management, CCTV monitoring, IT asset oversight, and resolving daily technical challenges. We are looking for a proactive professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software and User Support
- Network Administration
- CCTV Surveillance
- Data Center and Server Room Management
- IT Asset Management
- Management of Printing Equipment
Qualifications:
- BCS/BSCS/MCS or Networking Certification
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or amusement park
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
- Proficient in Windows and Linux systems
Location: Lake City, Lahore
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + Benefits
